etired Air Force Sergeant David Simpson was missing Robbie, his loyal canine partner of four years. The pair secured the dangerous streets of Iraq and became best friends, but when Simpson left the military, Robbie continued to serve.
Simpson says it was very difficult not having Robbie there by his side, so he decided to buy a plane ticket to Germany to adopt Robbie.
The plane ticket was $2,000 and worth every penny to get his best friend.
By Robbie’s reaction, you can tell he missed Simpson too.
Simpson says he wants Robbie to have fun and relaxation for the rest of his life. Robbie now lives with Simpson, his wife, and three young children in Mulberry, Florida.
