Target Stores Are Making it Easier Than Ever to Impulse Buy

There’s something about Target (or Tar-Jay, if you’re fancy) that makes it SO easy to walk in and drop an insane amount of money.

We swear they pump something through the ventilation system that makes you ditch your shopping list and head straight to the shoe department. Now the impulse buy urge will be easier than ever, because Target stores are about to get a major facelift.

The improvements are happening over the next three years, and the changes will be significant. You’ll notice a new look, including curved center aisles and two entrances, as well as bold window displays. Additionally, it will be much easier to grab the items you need (or didn’t need, but definitely wanted) and check out, since employees will be able to cash you out from mobile devices. They’ll also have the ability to use these tools to search inventory or order an item that isn’t currently in-store.
