Justin Bieber’s Trip To The Emergency Room Sparks Lawsuit
A few months ago, Justin Bieber made a trip to the Emergency Room in Long Island, New York, after suffering an injury while playing soccer.
Now, months later, a lawsuit is underway regarding the visit. The hospital, Northwell Health, alleges a former staff member named Kelly Lombardo accessed Bieber’s medical records without permission.
At the time of his visit, it was rumored that Bieber was taken to the hospital for treatment of an STD, a claim people close to the pop star adamantly deny.
According to TMZ, Justin was worried that he had testicular torsion and that’s what prompted the emergency room visit. After being examined by the emergency room doctor, he was diagnosed with a swollen testicle.
Lombardo is counter-suing the hospital, citing wrongful termination. The countersuit claims Lombardo simply heard about the “reason” Bieber was seeking treatment, but never checked his medical files.
