The photo in question is of Jenelle’s two sons and Eason’s daughter sitting alongside David in a hot tub.
Fans were quick to offer their two cents about young children sitting in a hot tub.

One commenter said that hot tubs were a death trap, while another Instagram user said the tub was too hot for someone as young as Kaiser to be sitting in.
