For this year’s Golden Globes, the stars picked a fashion choice with a purpose.

Celebrities banding together to pick all-black dresses and outfits to make a statement against sexual harassment in the entertainment industry. And though many will argue wearing black won’t do anything to change the issues, the statement is made by a bigger cause called “Time’s Up.”

According to People, “It has raised more than $15 million for a legal defense fund for people who have experienced workplace harassment (to donate, visit its GoFundMe page) and is encouraging Globes attendees and supporters everywhere to wear black as a show of unity and power.”
