Scott said the failure of the FBI to take action against this killer is unacceptable.
The FBI has admitted that they were contacted about Nikolas Cruz potentially becoming violent, but failed to act.
Locally…Cape Coral police have yet to identify a body found in a retention pond adjacent to Cape Coral Hospital. The male body looked like it had been in the pond for some time according to authorities. Police are continuing their investigation
60 year old Charles Pogan of Naples has been arrested after Collier County deputies found dozens of marijuana plants in his backyard on 6th Street Northwest.
37 plants, 700 grams of marijuana and 132 grams of marijuana wax were confiscated along with scales, pipes, and other paraphernalia . Pogan has been released from jail.
