Cape Police are looking for a suspect who stole close to 20 guns from a home on Montclaire Court in Cape Coral.. The weapons were stored in the home’s garage and were taken earlier this week. The guns were valued between 5 and 10 thousand dollars.

A 71 year old man has died after eating tainted shellfish in Sarasota last week. The oysters were infected with a bacteria that has killed people in the past. A Florida Department of Health official did say that the victim did have underlying medical conditions that also contributed to his death.
Sarasota County Police arrested convicted felon Jacqueline Burge after she fled from a traffic stop, caused a head-on crash on I-75 and caused some property damage. Police eventualyl caught up with her after she hit a deputy’s car. Police also found drugs after a search of her car. She’s being held on bail.
