Eat Breakfast Later and Dinner Earlier to Lose Body Fat
If you are looking to lose some body fat, you should be eating a later breakfast and an earlier dinner. A new study claims changing the time you eat those two meals will reduce body fat without restricting calories. The theory is called time restricted feeding. When you shorten the time of day with you eat, your body won’t have to use insulin to metabolize food all throughout the day. The shorter feeding window is like a mini-fasting. A lot of times, this change isn’t compatible with how people socially eat with family and friends. Have you tried one of the fasting diets – eating what you want for 5 days and fasting for 2 days? How do you like the late breakfast – early dinner model?
