When Kutcher originally purchased the home in 2009, he was married to Demi Moore. The home was owned 50/50 by Rumer and Ashton. Records show that on August 3rd, that co-ownership ended. Kutcher signed over his ownership of the home to Willis. The 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills was purchased in 2009 for $971,500. An interesting wrinkle?
