Police have identified the two men killed in a shooting at the Sungold Plaza on Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers Wednesday night. They are 41 year old Torre Deontray Fulcher, and 43 year old William Allen Merrill III.  Officers found several shell casings in the parking lot of Sungold Plaza and several windows had bullet holes. Fulcher was the owner of Urban Swagger, one of the shops in the plaza. Police believe this was a targeted shooting.

Police are looking for a woman who stole over $750 worth of baby formula on at least two occasions by covering an empty baby carrier with a blanket and concealing the formula underneath.  Similar thefts are being investigated at Walmarts in Estero, Naples and Cape Coral. Cape Coral Police are on the lookout for two suspects who broke into a home, and assaulted and robbed the owner while dressed as police officers. The home is on SW 14th Place in Cape Coral. The suspects stole a phone, some cash and a gun. No arrests have been made.

 

At least six people died in what has been called the most powerful storm to ever hit the Florida Panhandle. Officials say that those numbers are likely to increase as search crews wade through the debris and explore the areas hardest hit by the storm.

 

The Florida Department of Health in Collier County has posted health advisories at the following beaches after testing showed bacteria levels in the water to be high.

The affected beaches include:

  • Wiggins Pass
  • Naples Pier
  • Residents Beach
  • South Marco Beach
  • Park Shore
  • Barefoot Beach
  • Vanderbilt Beach
  • Seagate Beach

Lindsey Buckingham Is Suing Fleetwood Mac

  • Ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham is suing his old band for kicking him out right before the band’s current North American tour.
  • Buckingham is suing for breach of contract, claiming he was kicked out after the band signed a 60-concert deal with Live Nation worth up to $70 million.
  • In a Rolling Stone interview earlier this week, Buckingham blamed Stevie Nicks for his ouster, claiming she told the rest of the band she’d quit if he wasn’t fired.  The band later added Neil Finn and Mike Campbell to replace Buckingham on tour.

 

Husband Divorces Wife After Seeing Her With Another Man on Google Maps

  • Remember, there are cameras everywhere! A husband who was looking for directions on Google Maps saw his wife snuggled up with another man.
  • The unidentified husband was trying to find the best way to a bridge in Lima, Peru. That’s when he saw two people sitting on a bench. The photo was taken by a Google camera car in 2013.
  • The husband noticed the woman wearing an outfit he had seen before. He realized that it was his wife with another guy’s head in her lap.
  • The scorned husband confronted his wife about the picture and she admitted that she was cheating on him. They wound up getting divorced.
