Confusion and chaos for a time Saturday at Orlando International Airport, after an off-duty TSA Agent fell to his death from a hotel balcony inside the airport Saturday morning. Authorities are saying it was an apparent suicide. There were long delays at security areas after several passengers went through without being screened. They had to be identified and then re-screened. The dead man, who police say was in his 40’s, has not been identified.

Extra security will be apparent when you drop your kids off at North Fort Myers High School. This in response to a shooting threat discovered on a bathroom wall Friday. Police have deemed the threat not credible, and they’re asking anyone with information on the threat to contact Crime Stoppers.

 

Several Florida municipalities have banned plastic straws, now comes a proposed bill that would prohibit Florida cities from banning plastic straws. Lake County Representative Anthony Sabatini says the decision to ban plastic straws should be made by the citizens and not the government.

 

Not too much action during the game…or during halftime for that matter, lackluster offense and a 13-3 win for the New England Patriots. Julian Edelman was named the MVP.

 

 

Google’s Top Trending Super Bowl Ads Of 2019

  • The Super Bowl commercials may be the highlight of Sunday nights big game, Google identified the top Super Bowl ads, Serena Williams gave women some inspiration with her Bumble ad.
  • The Avengers: Endgame commercial gave Marvel fans something to look forward to with a trailer of the movie.
  • Doritos showed off their how “hot” their new flaming hot nacho chips are when they teamed up the Backstreet Boys with Chance the Rapper for an “I Want It That Way” remix. Many thought that a Backstreet and Chance performance would’ve proven to be a better halftime show.
  • The new Fast & Furious trailer for Hobbs & Shawstarring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham made an impact with viewers as did the Bud Light Game of Thrones commercial. Finally, the NFL 100 Gala commercial took top honors as it featured a ton of football Hall Of Famers and favorites turning a black-tie gala into a football free-for-all.

 

 

 

McDonald’s Customer Calls Police Because Of This…

  • A McDonald’s customer was not too happy that onions were on his Big Mac.
  • Leslie McDonagh of Manchester, England was upset because he got the wrong meal and couldn’t eat onions because of a severe allergy.
  • Instead of just returning the meal, McDonagh almost got into a fight with the manager before calling 911.
  • When police arrived at the restaurant, McDonagh was asked to leave. He spat in an officer’s face as they restrained him. Reports say McDonagh had a few drinks before the incident.

 

Some Kids Are Using Too Much Toothpaste

  • You might want to monitor how much toothpaste your kids are using.
  • The Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued a warning on Friday saying almost 40 percent of kids aged 3 to 6 years old use more toothpaste than dentists recommend.
  • Swallowing too much fluoride can cause tooth discoloration.
  • The amount of toothpaste for kids this age should be no more than the size of a pea.
