39 year old Brandon Jensen of Miami has been arrested on 2nd degree murder charges.  The body of the victim was found inside a camper at The Carillon Place  shopping center yesterday morning. The dead man was identified as 40 year old Michael Wallaker.

David Swanson of Cape Coral has been found guilty in connection with a drugs by mail scheme he perpetrated with his son. Swanson was receiving shipments of ecstasy from Hong Kong. Police also seized guns, cash, drug paraphernalia, and weigh scales. Swanson will be sentenced next week.

 

And we have another school threat to report this morning. This one at Ida Baker High School in Cape Coral, where school officials discovered a threat written on a stall in a bathroom. Police are investigating.

 

 

 

Peanut Butter Lovers, This Pump Was Made With You In Mind

  • Peanut butter lovers rejoice! A new pump has been invented for those that have a hard time getting all the peanut butter out of the jar, so whether you’re using it for celery or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches you can now get all the peanut butter out of the container.
  • Andy Scherer created the peanut butter pump in 2017 and it now can be found on Indiegogo. The pump fits most 40 ounce containers of peanut butter and it scrapes the sides of the jar as you use it so by the time you’re done you have a clean jar that can be recycled.
  • Another cool thing about the peanut butter pump is that it has measurements on it so you don’t use too much (but we’re sure you won’t be needing that) and you have a choice of two nozzles, a ribbon or a stream one.
  • Scherer started a crowdfunding campaign in February so that he can raise money to start producing the pump by August. As of right now, he’s raised $20,000 and has 29 days left to reach his goal.

 

Man Arrested For Bomb Threats Was Talking About #2 Bathroom Break

  • A man at a Home Depot in Kansas was arrested after making a “bomb threat.”
  • The only problem was that he was only making a joke.
  • An employee called police after he said the suspect told him that there was a “bomb in the building.”
  • When cops arrived the suspect said another man told him, “You all need to get out of here because I’m fixin to blow it up.”
  • The suspect said he thought the employee understood the meaning of the phrase “blowing up the bathroom” i.e. someone stinking up the bathroom, and wasn’t trying to cause any harm or confusion.

  • Shamrock Shake season has officially returned to the Golden Arches!
  • McDonald’s popular limited time green seasonal shakes will be back until March 24th.
  • The shakes, that first debuted in 1970, are made from a special Shamrock Shake syrup blended with McDonald’s soft serve and topped with a mound of whipped cream.
