An Uber driver refused to transport a passenger he suspected of possessing marijuana, then used an app on his phone to help apprehend the suspect who was carrying 10 pounds of marijuana and 15 thousand dollars in cash. 38 year old Branden Charles of California was arrested. The Uber driver chooses to remain anonymous in fear of his safety.
