A Cape Coral man accused of shooting and killing a man at his home, is now under arrest for stalking a Cape Coral Police Officer.  Authorities  say Ryan Doyon repeatedly contacted an officer who assisted in the murder investigation. He’s now facing stalking charges.

 

49 year old Jerry Allen Moffitt was arrested on disorderly intoxication charges  at the Coconut Circle Neighborhood Park Tuesday night after he berated adults and children in attendance at the park. He was taken to the Naples Jail Center.

 

 

A student at Lake Mary High School in Seminole County, shot and killed herself in a school bathroom early yesterday morning. The school was placed on lockdown. There were no other injuries, and classes resumed later in the day.

 

Saying he received a Facetime call from his son saying he was being assaulted by a teacher, a West Palm Beach father responded by going to his son’s school, Bear Lakes Middle carrying a loaded AK-47, and he had an extended magazine in his pocket. Police immediately disarmed Freeman. He’s been charged with possession of a firearm on school grounds, aggravated assault with a weapon, and disrupting a school function. Bond was set at $75,000

 

 

 

 

Walt Disney World Increases Ticket Prices for Holidays and Summer Break

  • The happiest place on Earth just got a little more expensive if you plan on going this summer or for the holidays.
  • Walt Disney World ticket prices have jumped for these times of the year.
  • A four-day pass will increase by $9 a day starting on July 4th.
  • From Christmas Day to New Year’s Eve, A single park base pass has gone up from $129 to $159. Around Thanksgiving, those one-day tickets raise to $139.

 

Dads Can Now Breastfeed

  • Hey Dads, thanks to a new device you can now experience the joy of breastfeeding.
  • The father nursing assistant looks like a woman’s breast and even comes with a tank for milk or formula and a nipple.
  • According to Dentsu, the company that made the device, they invented the assistant to stop the stress that comes with having a newborn for a mom and allows the dad to help out

 

 

Toyota Is Working on a Moon Buggy

  • How cool is this? Toyota is teaming up the Japanese space agency to build a moon buggy that they hope to send into space by 2029.
  • The vehicle will be able to carry two people across the moon and astronauts will be able to travel in it without their spacesuits.
  • The moon buggy is just in the conceptual stage right now, but CEO Akio Toyoda has confidence that his company will be able to make the buggy a reality.

 

 

 

An Old Episode Of ‘Full House’ Dealt With A Preschool Admissions Scam

  • Full House actress Lori Loughlin is accused of paying half a million dollars to get her daughter accepted into college.  But it turns out her character on the show would never have fallen for such a scheme.
  • Full House fans have found a 1993 episode of the show called “Be True To Your Preschool” that seem oddly relevant today.  In it, Loughlin’s Aunt Becky stops Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) from lying to get their toddler twins into an ‘elite preschool’.
  • In the episode, Uncle Jesse claims the twins speak multiple languages and play musical instruments.  According to court documents, Loughlin and her husband claimed their daughters were star recruits for the USC rowing team.
  • Another episode of the show includes Uncle Jesse stealing the SAT answer book to feed answers to DJ Tanner.  Faked SAT and ACT scores were also part of the alleged scam.
