Channing Tatum Files Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker
Channing Tatum has reportedly filed a restraining order against a woman who broke into his home and stayed there for more than a week.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the actor filed documents Tuesday against the unnamed woman. Back in June, the woman is accused of breaking into one of his vacant properties in Hollywood and squatting there for 10 days.
She was discovered by an assistant and when confronted, said that Tatum had invited her to stay. According to The Blast, Tatum does not know the woman personally but has had encounters with her before where she has attempted to contact him as well as gain access to his home. Tatum also told authorities that she sent him a letter last fall and has expressed beliefs that he is watching her.
The order of protection also extends to his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan, the former couple’s daughter and his two assistants.
