How To Avoid Microplastics In Your Life
Avoiding microplastics? I don’t even know what a microplastic is!
Microplastics are the tiny particles that are floating around in the air and in water supplies.
So how can you limit your microplastic intake? Here are some tips:
1. Avoid bottled water. Studies show tap water has less plastics than bottled.
2. Don’t microwave food that is in a plastic container.
3. Eat fresh food. Food that is pre-prepared and cased in plastic likely has more microplastics.
4. Dust frequently.
