A group of thieves broke into her home and rummaged through her things, all while her daughter and 3-month-old granddaughter were inside the home. This happened Friday on Glenn Avenue in Lehigh Acres. Zeniada Urbina said hours after she left her home Friday, she received a frantic call from her daughter. Her daughter told her the home had been ransacked and robbed. Urbina said the thieves stole jewelry, game consoles, televisions and her comforter. She said she believes the crooks got in through the side patio door because her daughter found it pried open. CA Couple Finds Mountain Lion Hiding In The Bathroom
We’ve all had to deal with unwanted critters that find their way into our homes. But most of them can’t compare to this elderly California couple who found a mountain lion hiding in their bathroom. Edward and Kathy Sudduth, who are both in their 80’s, went to investigate after hearing a loud noise. It turned out to be a mountain lion, who ran to the bathroom where the couple were able to lock it inside. Wildlife officials were called in to remove the animal, which they suspect was chasing a neighbor’s pet. The Sudduths, meanwhile, say they learned an important lesson about not leaving the door open. Mountain lions are generally not considered dangerous to humans unless they are “exhibiting aggressive behavior”.
