New Year, new you! Are you ready to learn something new or need to maintain your professional certifications? If so, let’s learn together. Ages 12 and older can register for these lifesaving certifications! Classes are taught by the Southwest Florida Safety Council Instructors. In the CPR class, all participants will receive hands on training including the correct use of the Automated Electronic Device (defibrillator) along with adult, child, and Infant CPR.
During the First Aid class, all participants will learn the proper techniques to provide immediate care for a suddenly ill or injured person until more advanced medical care arrives to take over. Learn how to recognize an emergency and take appropriate actions so you can always be ready to help those you care about in your home, and community. Each certification is $40. Customers can register for one or both certifications. A 2-year certification is awarded upon completion for each program. Knowledge is power!
