Are You Quitting Facebook? Stephen King Did.
“Not comfortable with the flood of false information that’s allowed in its political advertising, nor am I confident in its ability to protect its users’ privacy,” writes King.
That’s what Stephen King sent out in a tweet Friday to his 5.6 million followers. Something I really get myself, as every day I see such negativity on just about any subject you can imagine on social media. I’m sure you see it too. It’s hard to miss. Plus that privacy thing really bothers me too.
Mr. King isn’t the only celebrity to get rid of social media. Mark Hamill quit it too last month. Mark has similar concerns saying, “I’ll sleep better at night.”
