WATCH: After Nearly A Year In Space, A NASA Astronaut Reunites With Her Dog
This is why dogs are called best friends. Even if you haven’t seen each other in a long time, you can pick right up where you left off.
Which is exactly what happened when Christina Koch returned home Thursday after spending a record-setting 328 days in space.
When the NASA astronaut, who was part of the all-female spacewalk, pulled up outside her house, her faithful rescue, LBD or little brown dog, popped up at the door, wagging its tail and scratching to get outside.
According to Koch, who posted video of the greeting to social media, “Not sure who was more excited. Glad she remembers me after a year!”
