Starbucks Offers Free Coffee To Front-Line Responders
Starbucks is showing its appreciation to all front-line responders amid the coronavirus pandemic by offering them a free tall brewed coffee.
In an effort to support those who are keeping our communities safe, the company said it would offer free coffee (hot or iced) from now until May 3 to police officers, firefighters, paramedics, doctors, nurses, hospital staff and researchers.
Starbucks Coffee also stated on its website that, “The Starbucks Foundation will donate $500,000 to support U.S. front-line responders with equal donations to Direct Relief to support the delivery of personal protective equipment and essential medical items and to Operation Gratitude to deliver 50,000 care packages and handwritten letters to first responders and health care workers”
Thank you to the healthcare workers and first responders working tirelessly to keep our communities safe. 💚
