Back-to-Work Bonuses Could Be In The Next Stimulus
It’s pretty much gonna happen, there almost certainly will be another stimulus check. In this one, the White House said a weekly back-to-work bonus could be the next stimulus package.
Sen. Rob Portman from Ohio wants people returning to work to keep $450 out of the $600 a week to help with finances as they transition back into the work force. So people who go back to work would continue to get $450 a week PLUS their wages from their job.
Some businesses are having a hard time getting employees to come back to work when they can make more, sometimes a LOT more on unemployment.
I mean, why would you go back to flipping burgers when you could be at home ripping bongs, playing Xbox and making more money?
This stimulus idea hopes to resolve that.
