Brawl At Fort Lauderdale Airport After Flight Delays

Three Philadelphia women were arrested after getting into a fight when their flight from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was delayed. The women threw shoes, metal boarding signs and full water bottles in the altercation.
The women attacked the Spirit Airlines employees after the announcement was made that their flight was delayed. Listen, if you fly Spirit you HAVE TO ASSUME YOUR FLIGHT IS GOING TO BE DELAYED. That’s just how it is on Spirit.
Spirit Airlines said in a statement, “Three of our team members sustained minor injuries. This violent behavior is completely unacceptable and has absolutely no place in airports or any other place of business. We will not tolerate abusive behavior of any kind.”
