Instead Of Just Writing A Ticket, Cape Coral Police Installed A Child Seat For Free

An amazing story from the Cape Coral Police Department.  An officer made a traffic stop and noticed a child was not in a child seat. The child was with the grandparents due to a family illness. Instead of simply writing a ticket and sending them on their way, SGT Lear requested investigator Wilson respond to the traffic stop and install a free car seat.
