Bank of America is taking a bold step and announcing that it is raising the minimum wage it pays it's workers to $25 an hour by 2025. According to CNBC they will also require any outside vendors they work with to pay their employees at least $15 an hour. In 2019 they announced a $20 minimum wage at their banks and according to a press release they've already reached that goal and have room to do more.

If you're looking to get in with no experience, there is an opening for a bank teller in Fort Myers.  The ad does not mention the need for a financial degree, just good customer service skills.
