Florida Man On Clearwater Beach Says He Had Permission To Expose Himself
64 year old Allan Stuart Voelpel was found near a lifeguard tower on Clearwater Beach Monday morning catching some rays. Problem was he was looking to get an all over tan.
When police showed up, they found Allan on his side with everything on display for all beachgoers to see. Cops read him his rights. When they asked about his decision to pass on wearing a bathing suit, Allan said he was given permission to do so since even though he had no pants he was wearing a shirt. The report did not mention who he got permission from.
WFLA says Allan is a registered sex offender. Back in 2001, he was convicted of exposing himself to a minor.
The “shirt no pants” look is not new. Donald Duck and Winnie The Pooh been on that trend for years:

How about a Clearwater Beach flashback? Remember when this spring breaker tried to run from the cops back in March?
Spring break 2021:
Clearwater Police were dealing with some Spring Breakers who were getting a little too rowdy. There were reports of fights and “disorderly conduct.” Glass was one of the ones cuffed and put in the back of a police SUV. One of the other spring breakers opened the rear door to let Glass out. Glass made a run for it and his “Run Forrest Run” moment was captured on social media networks like Tik Tok and Instagram, garnering hundreds of thousands of views.
Unfortunately Glass will now face more charges for escaping and resisting an officer. Channel 8 reports the person who opened the door has been arrested too… 18 year old Adam Asad of Oldsmar.
