Don't Drive Your Ford Explorer Until You Read This! There's a Ford Explorer recall.
Ford is recalling more than 774,000 Explorers because of problems with their rear suspension.
The company says the popular SUVs were manufactured with a faulty cross-axis ball joint, which can cause a link in the rear suspension to break -- which can affect a driver's control over the vehicle. If your Explorer is making a "clunking" noise, the wheels feel misaligned or you're having trouble staying between the lines, the company says you should bring it to a dealership to have it repaired.
Ever wonder what your Ford Explorer looked like when they built it?
