Okay, so now that it’s after Labor Day, can we talk about Christmas? It’s only a few short months away, and yes, Halloween and Thanksgiving come first, but if you’re feeling down, maybe go ahead and deck the halls. According to several psychologists, putting up Christmas decorations early can actually boost happiness. They say that the lights and colors act as chromotherapy and can increase one’s energy and happiness levels. Additionally, another psychologist states that “Christmas decorating will spike dopamine, a feel-good hormone”.
