I guess you wouldn’t expect this when you adopt a new shelter dog. Kalee McGee explained that when she adopted a little four year old chihuahua named Max from the local shelter, one of the things she noticed was that Max was very well behaved. Max had no paperwork about his background, but since he was well behaved when Kalee took him for a walk, and that he sits down when she offered him a treat, she assumed little Max had some training.

However, Kalee couldn’t figure out why Max wasn’t listening to her.

Lol, she figured it out – Max only speaks Spanish. If she says “sit”, Max just stares at her. If she says “siéntete”, Max has a seat. Kalee has been learning more Spanish so that she can better communicate with her dog.
