They've created a so-called trail for tourists wanting to explore the great zinfandel producers across the state and there are lots of them. When you think of Sonoma reds, pinot noir may come to mind as there are some amazing pinots being made here.
But man the zins are good too.
The food, wine, and hospitality here have been truly outstanding. I'll share more on the food later.
