Going out on the town is always a good idea. Now, imagine you can bring your furry friend along.
Well, up in St. Petersburg, you can do just that come Spring of this year. Mutts and Martinis is a new dog waterpark and bar opening this spring at 2900 Central Avenue, offering playtime for dogs and dog parents alike. We definitley need something like this down here in Southwest Florida.
According to St. Pete Rising, the space is over 5,000 square feet and was once the home of King’s Transimission. Natalie Conner, the founder of Mutts and Martinis and owner of Love My Dog Resort and Playground, spoke with St. Pete Rising. “I would love to be open for spring break,” Conner says. “The bar is built. The countertops and flooring will be the next stages.” Conner adds, “we’ll be watching all the NFL games, the hockey. We’ll have live music here, too. We’ll build out a stage.”
In the video below you’ll get a good look at the dog waterpark with full bar.
