Bubbakoo's Burritos opens in Estero tomorrow, in an area booming with growth.

About Bubbakoo's

The first Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened in 2008 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. It has since expanded to ten states, including Florida. Until now, the only Southwest Florida location has been in Naples, off of Airport Pulling Road. The newest spot is in Estero Town Commons off of Corkscrew Road. The area, close to FGCU, is alive with new businesses and dining spots.

One of the fun things to do here is customize your entrée. First, you pick an item such as taco, burrito bowl, etc. Next, choose your proteins, or veggies if you are plant based. Finally, it's toppings time with choices such as beans, rice, salsa, cheese and such. This is a great option for anyone who is particular, or has dietary restrictions.

However, the signature dishes make things interesting. The creations listed here include tacos filled with General Tso's crispy chicken, Nashville hot chicken burrito, curly fries covered in queso, Siracha pork tacos and nachos, and more.

Bubbakoo's menu also includes hand-tossed wings with a dozen sauces. Once again looking out for the plant based crowd, cauliflower bites are the vegetarian option. I've been told you have to save room for dessert, that the Love Chips are amazing. They have Oreo Cookies in the middle.

According to the website, a third Bubbakoo's is planned for Southwest Florida. It is slated for Cape Coral but no opening date has been released. In the meantime, it's time to celebrate, the newest Bubbakoo's Burritos opens in Estero tomorrow. Congratulations.
