Plans for a mixed-use site have shifted at 6200 Estero Blvd. London Bay Development Group cut two floors from its tower and added spots for the public to use.

"The updated proposal reflects feedback from the town, community members, and council, with added parking and reduced heights," said Mark Wilson, President and CEO of London Bay Development Group, according to Fox 4 News.

Two structures will stand where the Outrigger Beach Resort was located. A 15-story building with homes will stand beside a 12-story hotel. The site will welcome visitors with a bar by the beach and a spot to eat with ocean views.

These updates aim to fix what worried locals. More cars can now park on-site, which should help with traffic flow. The builders kept their main ideas while making these fixes.
