The Whale Restaurant Reopens After Rebuild, Hosts Hiring Events for Fort Myers Beach Comeback

After three years of being closed, The Whale will reopen in Fort Myers Beach this fall. 

Job Fest hiring events will take place next month on Oct. 4, 5, 11, and 12. The kitchen needs line cooks and prep staff. Out front, they're signing on servers, bartenders, and hosts. Back-of-house spots for dishwashers and barbacks round out the team.

Each week brings new signs of life to Fort Myers Beach. The Whale's return marks one more step toward normal for this close-knit beach town.
