A Southwest Florida legal team, Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice, Purtz, Smith & Smith, P.A, joins forces with the Marine Corps Toys for Tots until Dec. 15, 2025. The partnership, now in its 19th year, aims to surpass the previous collection of 87,081 toys for local kids.

Last year, kids in Lee County received 40,724 items, while Collier County distributed 33,719 gifts. Charlotte County brought smiles to children's faces with 12,638 presents.

After collection, the Marines transport the gifts to central storage sites. Teams of helpers split the items by age groups before distribution starts. Community groups and local faith centers assist in getting presents to families during the winter season.

The public can bring new, unwrapped items for children, from babies to 12-year-olds. Staff members at the firm will add their own contributions to boost the collection.

Donation locations include 1515 Broadway in Fort Myers, 461 Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral, 2590 Northbrooke Plaza Drive in Naples, 4802 Lee Blvd. in Lehigh Acres, and 2602 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte.

Since 1962, this legal group has stood by Southwest Florida residents. Their skilled attorneys tackle cases from mishaps to estate matters.
