Dunkin’ to Anchor New Arborwood Commons Retail Center in Fort Myers

Crews broke ground on Arborwood Commons, a 15,335-square-foot Class A retail strip at Daniels Parkway and Treeline Avenue in south Fort Myers. The site sits just east of Interstate 75.

Dunkin' will anchor the project. Multiple inline units are available for retail, restaurant, medical, office, and service-commercial tenants, per leasing materials.

Daniels Parkway sees 56,400 vehicles each day on average, while Treeline Avenue logs 23,000.

Michael Maurer of William Raveis Real Estate handles leasing. He confirmed that prospective tenants can secure space while construction proceeds. Units begin at 1,335 square feet.
