It seems everything we see nowadays is so hard to look at. I think its time to share some things that are good, pure, and delicious. Who can dispute pizza?

It has been a staple in my life my whole life. I dont think I could ever give it up. Luckily, here in SWFL, we have places that make great pizza. I grew up in New York, and I am very picky about my pizza. In later blogs, I will spotlight pizzerias here in SWFL, as it is my mission to try the s=best of the best.

With that being said, here are some of my favorite types of pizza, I hope they are yours too.

• Slices

  Here we see a couple of slices of Sicilian, and Neapolitan (Round). Both just lovely and gorgeous.

  Fresh out of the oven. Real pies have the white plastic "table" in the middle to insure the pie stays together.

  For me, the jury is out on this one. I can go either way. Not 100% sold on it though.

  Again, THIS IS NOT PIZZA!! It is a deep dish open face calzoneish something. I am happy to debate this. I know here in SWFL, there are many midwesterners. Lets have a pizza summit.
