While our own definition of fun might be different, I know we all like to have it, and 4 Florida cities have made a list of the most fun in the U.S.
I’ve lived in a few different states and Florida was always where I wanted to end up. When people asked me why I was so hell bent on moving to the Sunshine State, I said “Because there’s year-round fun!” Between beaching, kayaking, fishing, waterfront restaurants, traveling around the state, outdoor concerts, nature hikes, etc. there’s no shortage of fun and it never stops. So when I read over this list, it made perfect sense that 4 Florida cities are the most fun.
Maybe what you and I consider fun is different. While what I listed above is what I enjoy, maybe your definition of fun is going to see a movie, out to a bar, playing outdoor sports, riding roller coasters, playing video games. Whatever it is, having fun is always a good thing.
So, what makes a city a good time?

WalletHub put together a list of the top 20 most fun cities by comparing over 180 cities in the U.S. They focused on 3 different categories: Entertainment & Recreation, Nightlife & Parties and Costs. They dove into a variety of things from fitness centers, restaurants, public swimming pools, shopping centers, beer gardens, casinos and comedy clubs. And then looked at costs of things like beer, wine, movies, and hotels.
