These are a true Fabulous Find for quick and clean eating, well at least clean-er. I was first introduced to Atoria’s in the spring when they were releasing some new flatbreads. I have friends who are gluten free and have some food sensitivities so I’m always looking for cleaner products. Personally, I like them too. I figure I put enough crazy stuff in my body when I eat out. When I can control these things, I at least make an effort.
I also do a lot of hosting. Some of it is last minute. Because of that, it helps to always keep few staples on hand. These flatbreads and pizza crusts help big time. Keep them in the freezer and you are golden.
Atoria’s for quick and clean eating
Atoiria’s has vegan and non-GMO items. In addition, you can find cauliflower mini lavash, whole grains products and lots more. Check out the complete line here. The site also has some delicious looking recipes.
I used these pizza crusts at a recent gathering and everyone loved them. I have pizza stones so I heated them up first. I think it help get the bottoms nice and crisp. I hate a soggy bottom. Ha. Because they are so small, you can make a bunch and use a wide variety of toppings. Get creative.
Also, the sun-dried tomato flatbread made perfect pinwheels. I mixed diced sun-dried tomatoes into cream cheese for a spread. Next, I smeared it on the flat bread and added chopped fresh spinach. Finally, I rolled it up nice and tight then cut into bit sized wheels. The result was a colorful, flavorful appetizers. A little turkey would’ve been a nice to add.
One more thing. If you are looking for a great kitchen gadget to help make prep time easier, check out this Fabulous Find. It’s also a great little stocking stuffer.
Hoping this Fabulous Find for quick and clean eating helps your hosting this holiday season.
