Private Detectives are probably going to be super expensive, and for something that seems as silly as the internet, it may not seem like it's that worth it. But let's be honest, there are some people that do believe their rich uncle that they've never even heard of just died and left them loads of money.

In Bartram's case, he set up Vet Your Date and charges £20 a pop for each pre-date search of your Tinder or Bumble match. Seems worth it to me, if you're going to risk finding love on the internet.
