We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Director to join our local team. As the Production Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio production for our radio stations. From creating captivating commercials to producing engaging station promos, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and appeal of our on-air content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for commercials, promos, and station imaging.

Collaborate with sales and programming teams to understand client needs and campaign objectives.

Write compelling copy for advertisements and promotional materials.

Direct voice talent to ensure high-quality production standards.

Manage production schedules and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in audio production within the radio industry.

Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive copy.

Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to make quick revisions and communicate effectively.

Team player.

Good time-management skills.

Description: Beasley Media Group LLC, SWFL digital sales team is growing again! We are looking for a motivated, out of the box digital strategist and sales maven with 2+ years of successful digital sales experience to join our team.

This job requires the ability to develop new business, grow existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships. BMG-SWFL’s solution-based approach and robust menu of best-in-class digital products require the Digital Sales Executive to possess a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, consumer journey and the impact of digital tactics on both. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Must be analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.

Qualifications/Expectations:

  • Hunt: Develop new business
  • Perform probing CNAs to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
  • Create custom programs in conjunction with our support team to achieve client’s objectives
  • Present, close and renew results oriented, long term solution.
  • Work with clients and our support teams to continually optimize campaigns to maximize client results.
  • Share post-campaign, performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Description: Beasley Media Group SWFL is searching for a sales professional to join our
established and successful team. The main functions of this role, develop and sell
integrated (traditional and digital) advertising, and marketing campaigns to new and
existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business
through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned
accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales
professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Then the ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet
the clients’ needs. cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by providing top
quality service.

Responsibilities:
• Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation
platforms
• Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to
negotiate and close deals
• Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue
targets
• Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop
custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives
• Maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew
campaigns
Qualifications:
• 2+ years in B2B sales required.
• Experience or a background in media sales, digital sales or sports sponsorship
sales are preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with local advertisers
• A candidate that has experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video,
Social-Media, Email Marketing, etc… is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent above budget performer.
• Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling
experience.
• Team player focused on individual but also team growth
• Proven record of hitting/exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools
