But don't worry. Sheriff deputies were on it, though. They found Smith and booked him on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and reckless driving. The other driver? Totally fine, no injuries. But Sheriff Kevin Rambosk made it clear... If you mess around with road rage in Collier County, you’re getting a one-way ticket to jail. They ain't playing around.
