Don't forget about yoga as a form of exercise, you can literally do it anywhere.

Easy exercise ideas

These TikTok exercise gurus make it look pretty simple.

Videos featuring all kinds of exercise have been prevalent on my social media feeds in the last week. Really, the last month. I took the top five from my TikTok feed last night and assembled them here.

You don't have to have an account to view these videos. In addition, no logging in means no getting into trouble at work. Simply scroll down and hit play. Check out these easy exercise hacks for TikTok Tuesday.
