In true Carrie fashion, the country star didn't miss the opportunity to crack a joke during the update.
As many of you know, Underwood broke her wrist in a fall outside her home on Friday evening.
As a result, she was unable to perform at a scheduled appearance that night. Instead, she was treated at a nearby hospital in Nashville for her injuries.
