The U.S. Energy Information Administration says it will cost 20% more to heat your home this year because of rising crude oil prices. If you use electric or natural gas to heat your home, the news is slightly better with electricity users only slated for a slight increase. Natural gas users will see bills decreasing. How do you heat your home? How do you budget for the year-to-year changes in oil prices?
