Johnny Depp Expected To Testify About Amber Heard Pooping In Bed

Johnny Depp will be taking the stand Tuesday (April 19) in his bitter multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard in Virginia, and he's expected to talk about an incident he says ended the marriage -- when he says Heard, or a friend of hers, defecated on his side of the bed.

Per gossip website TMZ, Amber was having a birthday party for herself at their downtown Los Angeles penthouse on April 22, 2016. Depp, 58, showed up late to the party and decided he didn't want to take part in the festivities, which he says enraged Heard. Amber said Johnny threw a magnum wine bottle at her before leaving. Apparently, Depp's housekeeper called him the next morning and told him someone pooped on his side of the bed and put the covers over it, which he thinks Amber planned for him to land on once he got in bed.

Depp believes either Amber or one of her friends is the culprit of the defecation, but Amber said one of their Yorkshire terriers did it, which Depp scoffed at, saying the poop was too large for a 3- to 4-pound dog to excrete. Johnny has said the pooping incident was the final straw in their marriage.

As we earlier reported, Depp is suing Heard, 35, for $50 million in damages for falsely implying he physically and sexually abused Heard when they were married. She's countersuing him for $100 million for defamation, claiming the actor coordinated a smear campaign against her.
