Naples Restaurant Named Among USA Today’s Top Restaurants for 2025

USA Today picked Naples' Bicyclette Cookshop as one of 44 outstanding restaurants for 2025, making the announcement on Feb. 12.

"It's truly an honor to be named one of USA Today's restaurants of the year. 'Pathologically positive' really captures the spirit we've cultivated. I'm a cheerleader, a seeker and adventurer driven by a constant urge to explore and innovate," Kayla Pfeiffer, the restaurant's executive chef and partner, told Naples News Daily.

Bicyclette features fun and unexpected dishes, like caviar paired with crunchy Bugles and fast-food favorites reimagined as high-end dishes.

The "Chopped" champion's feature dish? A delicious Wagyu burger topped with raclette cheese and spicy kimchi aioli. The menu also features a Big Mac spin, swapping out American cheese for creamy raclette and gruyere, while zesty kimchi aioli is the special sauce. Sweet treats come from pastry expert Corie Greenberg.

Before opening her own place, Pfeiffer worked at New York's The Dutch and trained at the well-known Culinary Institute of America. She got her start at her family's restaurants.
