A milestone was reached as London Bay's Ritz-Carlton Residences at Saltleaf hit its full height in Bonita Springs. The 22-story building, valued at $660 million, is alive with activity as 500 workers fill the site daily under Coastal Construction's supervision.
Sales have taken off, with 102 of the 112 luxury residences now sold. Buyers secured units ranging from $3.8 million to an impressive $17 million for the premium penthouse. The first tower is set to welcome homeowners by Easter 2026.
A second tower will start construction next summer, aiming for completion in late 2027. These towers are part of a vast 500-acre property at the end of Coconut Road.
Along the waterfront, a 72-slip marina is taking form on Estero Bay. Jim Weeks, former owner of the marina, operated Weeks Fish Camp for 72 years — he's thrilled that the marina will still have public access.
“Mark Wilson and London Bay Development — offering public access to water to continue a place to share our rich history and deeming that access open to the public in perpetuity — forever. Thank you,” Weeks told Gulf Shore Business.
Next to the marina, a new restaurant is being built — though its name remains secret.
