  Sunny 106.3’s Not-So-Secret Santa Contest WJPT-FM OFFICIAL RULES   These rules apply to Sunny 106.3’s Not-So-Secret Santa Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WJPT-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.sunny1063.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.   HOW TO ENTER   The Contest will begin on November 18, 2024 and end on December 19, 2024.   To enter on-air, listen to the Station each weekday beginning on November 18, 2024 and ending on December 19, 2024 between the hours of 6:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and 10:00am ET for the announcement of the cue to call. NOTE: There will not be any qualifiers chosen from November 25 – November 29, 2024. Upon hearing the cue to call, the sixth (6th) caller to the Station contest line at (239) 390-3505 will win a Qualifying Prize and be qualified for a chance to win the Grand Prize (each deemed a “Qualifier”), upon confirmation of eligibility. Station is not responsible for any failure of a caller to reach the Station contest line including but not limited to busy phone lines, misdirected calls, equipment breakdowns, or disconnections. Calls will only be accepted at the designated phone number. At the time of entrant’s call, entrant will be required to provide all information requested including entrant’s full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller who successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes the call will be a Qualifier. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to win, but a listener may be a Qualifier only once   Up to nineteen (19) Qualifiers will be selected on-air. Potential on-air Qualifiers will be notified at the time of their call.   To enter online, visit www.sunny1063.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning at 6:00am ET on Monday, November 18, 2024, and ending at 7:00AM ET on Thursday, December 19, 2024 (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.     Up to one (1) Qualifier will be selected at approximately 7:00AM ET on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Online Qualifier will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing. There will be up to a total of twenty (20) Qualifying Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest. An entrant may only be selected as a Qualifier once, regardless of method selected.   ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS   This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the following Florida counties: Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.   PRIZES   Up to twenty (20) Qualifying Prizes will be awarded. Each Qualifying Prize consists of one (1) Sunny 106.3 Christmas Stocking with promotional items, including one (1) Sunny 106.3 Custom Christmas Ornament. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Qualifying Prize is $20.00. The Qualifying Prize is being provided by Beasley Media Group, LLC.   Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is provided by Dunkin’s Diamonds and consists of: one (1) pair of Diamond Earrings as pre-selected by Dunkin’s Diamonds. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,999.00.   The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is.   Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 20125 S. Tamiami Trl., Estero, FL 33928, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Qualifying Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Grand Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within two (2) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.     SELECTION OF WINNERS   Up to twenty (20) Qualifiers will be selected on-air and online as described above.   Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 8:00AM ET on December 20, 2024, in a Station-conducted random drawing from all Qualifiers, and will be announced on WJPT-FM during the morning show.   Odds of winning a Qualifying Prize on-air depend upon the number and order of calls received. Odds of winning a Qualifying Prize online depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Odds of a Qualifying Prize winner winning the Grand Prize are up to 1 in 20.   Entrants must listen to the Station but do not need to be present to enter or win a Qualifying Prize on-air. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to enter or win a Qualifying Prize online. The Qualifying Prize winners do not need to listen to the Station or be present to win the Grand Prize.   Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize at approximately 8:00AM ET on December 20, 2024, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining Qualifiers. Station will attempt to call the randomly selected Qualifier three (3) times shortly following the random drawing. No voicemail message will be left. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to answer the calls or is disconnected or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and the Station will randomly select another Qualifier to be the potential Grand Prize winner. Once reached by phone as described above, the randomly selected Qualifier will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner.   Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.       CONDITIONS   The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.sunny1063.com.   For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.sunny1063.com.   Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 20125 S.
