Blac Chyna Has Just Been Named A Suspect In A Vandalism Case

Uh oh! Blac Chyna is being accused of vandalism.

So, what did she do this time? Do you really have to ask?

Apparently, your favorite diva was just minding her own business when someone snapped a photo of her.

How awful, right?! Maybe he was a huge fan (okay fine, he was probably part of the paparazzi,) and he was just trying to take a photo he could cherish forever.

After Chyna realized her photo was taken, she swatted the phone out of the man's hand -- which appears to have resulted in damage to the mobile device.

Obviously, the man wasn't too happy about his property being damaged and has since filed a report for vandalism.

Do you think Chyna should buy the man a new phone?
